We bought a condo that required a significant amount of work (kitchen, moving walls, bathroom renovations, etc.). Israel has been thoughtful throughout the entire process providing guidance not only on the aesthetics of the renovations, but really pays attention to small but very important details of the house (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to make sure we don’t have to make significant repairs in the near future. Israel also has been great working with the different people and companies involved getting a fair price. We also really appreciate the communication and invoicing structure from Israel and Tom and the entire team via text or phone as the project moves forward.
